What Moneiba means
We named our project after a Canarian goddess. Moneiba comes from the islands' mythology: she is a female deity and her name means "queen of women".
Protection and care
Moneiba stands for fertility, protection and care. To us the name means a place of refuge, a welcoming and safe setting in which to enjoy the island.
Why this name for villas
FVPC was founded in 2016 to manage holiday homes in Corralejo. Over the years we learned that owners who hand over a home want to know someone is looking after it. The Moneiba villas are the project where we put that experience to work: today FVPC develops and manages only Moneiba.
The place
The villas are in Corralejo, in the north of Fuerteventura, and are designed to blend into the island's nature. Each has a south-facing private pool, a garden and parking.
Care after the purchase
The name still applies after the keys are handed over: we manage the villa from rentals to check-in, cleaning and maintenance, as if it were our own.
