Land and tourist use: what to verify before buying

When assessing the tourist use of a villa, the building permit must be distinguished from the authorisations required for tourist activity.
What the available documents state
On 13 February 2024, La Oliva Town Council granted the building permit for the 16 villas. The plot is on consolidated urban land, in an area designated for conversion to tourist accommodation establishments. This is a building permit: the tourist use of each villa requires the authorisations established by Canary Islands regulations, which must be verified against the documentation.
What to verify before buying
Every purchase should be assessed with the property documents. Anyone who writes to us receives the price list, floor plans and terms, and we answer questions about the available documentation.
What we do not promise
We do not state returns or yield figures: they depend on too many factors to be promised in an article.
The villas start from 480,000 euros, excluding IGIC. Write to us from the contact page to receive the documents.
