From 2016 to today: the story of Fuerteventura Property Care
Fuerteventura Property Care was founded in Corralejo in 2016, with the new Canary Islands rules on holiday homes. We are a group of Italian and French friends who, as owners ourselves, turned caring for homes into a business.
Holiday homes
We started by managing holiday homes for their owners: lettings, welcoming guests, cleaning and maintenance.
Villas
Over time we focused on villas and higher-end services. Every villa taught us something about what buyers and guests look for in Fuerteventura.
Moneiba
That experience led to Moneiba, a complex of villas on tourist land in Corralejo, each with a south-facing private pool, a garden and parking. Today FVPC develops and manages only Moneiba.
Home Rent
Once finished, the Moneiba villas will be rented through Fuerteventura Home Rent on dedicated portals. We will manage each villa from rentals to check-in, cleaning and maintenance, as if it were our own.
